Terms of service

These terms cover acceptable use of Poultrix Hub, account responsibilities, subscriptions and billing, marketplace orders and delivery, intellectual property and limitations of liability.

The marketplace section explains that Poultrix Hub facilitates orders — publishing the delivery price, taking the order, collecting payment and arranging delivery — while sellers remain responsible for the goods they supply. Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

Guidance published on this site is general information about poultry management. It is not veterinary advice and does not replace a qualified animal health professional.
